As you've read in my previous discussions over the past few days, I'm thinking of getting an iPhone, or an iPod touch. I'm leaning more towards the iPod touch, since I like my cellphone, and don't want to be put under a contract.
I'm wondering if I can stream on-line radio with an iPod Touch. If not, is it possible with an iPhone? There is a radio station that I really like to listen to on line on Sundays, and I wonder if it might be possible to listen on line with my iPod Touch (when I get one). This way I can take the radio with me, and listen anywhere.

Your best bet is probably to go to the Apple.com Web site and compare the features for the iPod Touch and iPhone. You can definitely stream radio on the iPhone, because a number of radio stations and streaming Web sites have apps for iPhone. For example, the Pandora music streaming service has an iPhone app.
If there's an online radio station that you listen to through the Web, it's possible that you might be able to listen to it through an iPod Touch/iPhone Web browser, even if that station doesn't have a dedicated app for those devices.

Pretty much what I was thinking. I figure if I can stream it on line, why woudln't I be able to stream it on a "smaller computer?"
