What is right about that?

So, you are in a situation, any situation. And a problem comes up, a big problem a little problem, and medium sized problem. Any problem, I would be honoured if you tried this new way of thinking about it to solve your problem, not really new, just not very mainstream, sourced from http://clearpurpose.com Just stop and ask yourself these 5 little questions, and if all 5 are too hard, just start with the first two, and ask about everything.
What do I know that is already right/working?
What is it that makes it right/work?
What would be ideally right?
What, then, is not yet quite right?
What resources do I need to make it right?
And, after you have tried it, I want to know "What did you feel?" What is right about the way you felt? What makes that right?
Thanks, I appreciate and believe in you.

Just looking at this post, without actually doing the exercise, I can see where you are going, and it is to a good solution. When you start out assuming that there is something right you are coming from a positive angle. You have more of a chance of a positive outcome when you do it that way. You also do not have all the negative energy churning around in your mind making you doubt you ability to find a solution or reach a good conclusion. It is easier on the mind and body to work from the positive position.

Spot on. So good of you to be so aware my friend. It is actually about building positive creative energy and tapping into your subconscious's awesome potential power.
Thanks for letting the Mylot world know that is what is all about. It will make it much easier for some people to try it out, since they know where it is coming from, and understand it better.
I appreciate you.

And here I am for some more fun. I have no problem with finding solutions to problems, especially in a rush. Finding a fix, is really a good thing.
Here is a quote from my failed attempt at "real" university, that has stuck with me for ages, and makes what I do, and what I am learning so valuable to me.
"A Tylenol will take care of the pain in your head, but, if that pain was caused my a Gas Leak, the explosion is still eminent."
And to me that is what fixing something is, treating a symptom, but making something better is treating a cause. When you think, what is right and what makes that right, you are too full of energy to procrastinate...unless it is procrastinating on going to bed as I am right now...
Cheers, I love, appreciate and believe in you.

But hey - I like this way of thinking and all... but I find some AWESOME solutions in problems when I'm in a jam and it needs to be done ASAP. I work best under pressure :) I'm too much of a procrastinator otherwise. lol

we used to have a saying in the military...do what you can afford. as long as you have no regrets in the end, i guess its all mind over matter. what i mean is, if you don't mind. it doesn't matter. we all set our own moral code, what's right, what's the next best thing to do. human beings will always do what it is their best interest. great post.

You are right sir, I think so. Human can make their right. He will be the same what he want to become. This is the right attitude of our mind, that makes man's activities.

MoonGypsy, what I proposed here is just a simple problem solving activity that taps natural into your creative energy.
I completely agree with everything you have to say. Aside from "what is their best interest", I know quite a few people that help others, for the other persons best interest rather then their own.
And yes satishyadav, it is the attitude of our mind that makes our activities, however, what one person believes to be right, isn't always right in another persons mind, some people believe it is "right" to kill people based on their political or religious believes. I do not. But, that is a discussion for another forum and another time.
Cheers.

cheers to you to mylot friend. i agree that people do things for other's best interest rather then their own. i know for a fact this is true because i am a mother. i do things for other people's best interest everyday. guess what though, it is STILL in my best interest. anytime i do something to make someone else happy. it makes me happy, so it is STILL furthering my own best interest.

Scientific reasoning, deductive reasoning, problem solving 101, you must always know the facts, and possibilities, to solve a problem. I'm pretty sure these methods have been mainstream for a very long time.

AH HA, a worthy response sir.
But, I am not talking about "science, or deductive, or asking what is wrong and how can I fix it. What I am talking about goes so far beyond that, it leaves most people stunned when they finally realize what it actually does. The methods you speak of have been mainstream for ages.
But, How many people do you know that when they have a problem. They say okay, so what is already working? Compared to, "So, what is the problem?"
When you ask, What is already working, What makes that work? You are tapping into your subconsciouses creative energy. Building it, sending out good vibes to the universe, then You ask, What would be ideal, and you send out even better vibes. "This is strongly based on the Law of Attraction" Then when you ask what is missing, your mind may come up with something, that you have no facts or support for, but it fits so perfectly, and a way to get that resource, thereby, instead of fixing a problem, you made a solution by making what already worked well in your situation, work better.
Check out http://clearpurpose.com and have a read, more then well worth the time.
I appreciate and believe in you.

For me if I face a problem I write it down and I say what can I do to help this situation. For example I was behind on my electric bill and I have no money to pay it. So I wrote down so options of what I could do. I did them and it worked. I did have to ask for help but I also have to pay some of it myself. If we view a problem head on we usually can get through it. Thanks for sharing this and happy mylotting to you.

That is also a great way to look at it. You have every thing clearing in front of you. In what way do you usually phrase your "problem" feel free to use the electric bill example.
I was having the same troubles lately with paying bills, what is right about that? Well it is teaching me how to better manage my money, time, and creditors. What is right about that, is I am learning, growing and slowly (though surely) moving away from all the consumer debt I acquired when I was younger. What would be ideal? Is if I could make more money through my network marketing(that will come though) What is missing...Customers. What will it take? Talking to people about my products and business opportunity.
What I can do is good. I am very happy you solved your problem. I prefer to view the situation as a whole, and find out how I can make what works, work better.
Thank you for your time, I appreciate and believe in you.

I am confused friend? Who is talking about happiness? I am talking about problem solving through asking what is right. I ask how you felt, when you looked at a situation and asked, what is right, what makes that right, what would be ideal, what is missing that could make the ideal really, what will it take to put in what is missing.
I think you did not try the exercise, but, I think I will live.
I completely agree with you though, people become what they think about most, that is why I am rich, handsome, and loving.
I appreciate you.
