Do you take long naps in the afternoon?

Hello people! Just wondering if other people take naps in the afternoon as well, like I do. I take long naps mostly after lunch, maybe an hour later after lunch, I just feel like that certain time of the day is the most boring of all and it just makes me really sleepy so i take long naps and wake up at around 4 to 5 in the afternoon. I sleep really late at night tho and wake up early as well, so probably its one reason i get sleepy in the afternoon. what about you?

yes,i really do take long naps in afternoon.it's really the boring times when you're just in your home.so,it's better to sleep during that time.if i'm not busy doing household chores i'd relly do that but when i'm not that sleepy.i make it a point to log into mylot and make money.for now,i'm just taking care of my niece.have no work outside the house.so,when i'm free i'd do what i want to do.after pasting time here in mylot,i took a nap for about 2 hours the most.and i sleep late at night around 11pm or 12am.
