At the end of my intern life, I want to share one thing what I have learned from it with you guys. During past one and half months, I realized when college students enter sociaty after their graduation, they should be initiative. I mean they should choose their bosses, instead of just being chosen. The boss of the company which I stay is a teaching man. He never told me How I should do, conversely, he asked me 'how do you want to do?' And then I told my thoughts, and he gave some suggestions, then let me do it. It's a very teaching way, because I learned many things from him and the company and this way. So I think what kind of boss you have is very important for your further development. Anyway, remember, Graduating students please be initiative when you hunt job. By the way, what kind of employer do you want?

When I was still in college, my friends and I had an on the job training at a local radio station. The management and staff were all nice and friendly. However, they did not let us do the real job. I mean, there were a lot of things that we could have done and contributed. At the same time, it seemed that we did not learn anything. There was no growth because they just let us do whatever we want. Like, some of my friends wanted to just go out for a snack or smoke and they would just let them. I mean, there was no real job, or at least next to the real thing. No one asked for our opinion or ideas. They just told us how they wanted things to be done and that's how we did them. It;s a good thing that I ended up working not in that kind of environment, but in a company with management who values my creativity and insights, and that implements discipline. Of course, our company is not perfect, and so is the management. I just hope that they will continue to value us employees and to listen to our ideas and points of view.

That's intern. Being an intern, the company couldn't allow you to be responsible for any real job, they don't trust you, but they also don't want you be free, I mean getting money but do nothing. So we are always reduced to porters.

I understand, what you wanted is not only a boss, but also a friend or a comate.

My boss also let me do things my way. If wrong, he'll say it. Hmm... :)
