This shocked me. I know this is nothing new, but I only found about this this morning after I read it in a forum. This site here explains it.

It is SOOO ironic and hypocritical. Behind all those ads and campaigns about vegetarianism and not wearing leather garments and shoes is actually a bloody scenario. Instead of spending their million dollar budget on saving animals' lives, they spend most of it in ads. It is said that out of 2,216 animals it took in, only SEVEN have been found shelters for. The rest have been killed.

Ohh myyy.. Is it true? I went to the link you provided and it shocked me. Just 7 out of 2,216. And it was PETA? uhmmm... They've even have reports and datas of it in 1998 and it got me so confused. Wait. Is it true? I just hope that the facts that has been stated there was not real. I can't imagine that such organization who cared for animals will do such thing ~ can I call it a crime? Oh no. I hope it ain't true. The article makes me sick.
