Do you like oranges ,Orange is loaded with best sources of vitamin C

I start my day with a glass of orange juice as i have heard that they are good in treating overacidic conditios and gastric ulcers,they fight tooth decay and vitamin C deficiency.They are good for skin too.The natural fruit sugar does wonders to the body and skin conditions.Its regular consumption prevents kidney stones,high blood pressure and diabetes too.It is good in lowering cholestrol levels too.Eat it raw or drink its juice ,they are loaded with vast benefits .

Hi julia I like fresh oranges because of its colour, tangy taste, smell and rich medicinal values. I like to eat it raw coz if we drink its juice we need to add sugar too so sugar is not that good to the health and teeth besides it helps to promote obesity. So I like to eat all the fruits as it is. By chewing and eating the fruits, our teeth also gets cleaned and the saliva mixes with the fruit pulp and helps in digestion and helps remove the constipation.Thanks for the good topic selected

Oh yes i love oranges and orange juice, but i dont drink orange juice in the morning since i dont eat breakfast at all, :) i eat/drink it during lunch or dinner, even if there are no vitamins in an orange, i would still eat it, i just love it. :)

Oranges are rich in natural sugar ,carbohydrates,magnesium ,vitamin B6,folate,vitamin c,Calcium,iron,phosphorus,potassium and zinc.Drinking orange juice early in the morning or just before meals is beneficial for treating acidic conditions.

Wow, thanks for the trivias. I love oranges too. I love the fruit and I love the juice. Mostly, I squeeze the fruit so that I'll have the juice freshly. There was a time that it became my favorite fruit because I craved so much for it back then, but now, I still love eating it, but I'm more into watermelons now. But I still love eating oranges.

I like oranges and orange juice. I have a juice in the mornings that is orange and tangerine. i try to not have any more than that as citrus is hard on the joints. So are tomatoes and sugar. I am trying to avoid foods that work as inflammatory agents! But I like it!

Yes, I like oranges very much and also other fruits which have lot of vitamins and minerals like apple and grapes. It would be a great help on our health if we learn how to get used to it.

Yes they are very good for helth and very sour oranges make a very good face pack mixed when with powdered milk and applied.It will add glow on your face.

I've heard Oranges are also loaded not only Vitamin C but also other vitamins like Vitamin A. Is that true? Its color is orange and foods that are colored orange are known to have Vitamin A or Beta-carotene...

Oranges are liked by me, specially oranges from Nagpur in India, are very nice.and very tasty. I enjoy eating them rather then drinking its juice.
