who is your favourite player in manchester united?

Hi all, we know that manchester united has produced the many good players year after year. Many of them or infact all of them have really contributed alot to the success of the team. Who do you think is your most favourite player in the manchester united team and why do you say so? for me i have always loved cantona and scholes basically because of the superior play making ability. share your views.

I have been a Manchester United fan for nearly 20 years and in that time there have been some incredibly talented players who have made their mark at the Club. Some of my favourites include the likes of David Beckham, Ruud Van Nistelrooy, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney, Ryan Giggs and many more.

Hi lakerfanster, yes the names you mentioned are awesome players with great determination and skill. Take for example giggs, he is a player of class. being the oldest winger that i have ever seen in soccer he still plays like he is at his prime.

I agree, Where Paul Scholes is looking like he has got hardly anything left and should retire, Giggs is still going strong and putting in vital performances for the team.

Mine would be the retired Ole Gunaar Solskjaer & Rooney! He scores, provides & sometimes defends! He has develop(and still is!) as a much mature player compared to his younger days. I'm just glad that he's gotten the chance this season to shine. Past seasons, he lacks to prove with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo. He happens to be the same age as me! He still so young. Overall, i just love the whole Man U team! Everyone has their own unique ways of playing

Yeah rooney is glowing and shinning at the current moment. he is a fantastic player indeed. really competive and has the "never say giveup spirit" the team on the whole like you said and what i believe is stunning and simpily magnificent.

I dont really agree with you... Man U ist producing lots of worldwide level players. In the past gave few names... but few. The politic of the club always was to buy young players, make them worlwide palyers,superstars and sell them with enormous prices. I dont actually disagree with this politic ,but i only dont agree with you on that. Back on the question.. on todays team Rooney is simply the best. He can enter on the last 15 minutes of the game and win a match, he has lots of potential, and a good ball control. Giggs is not at his peak ,thats obvious, but he managed to have a really great level for 18 years, and participated on the most glorious periods of Man U.

atn the most my most favourite player in manchester united are rooney and valencia . i think these two have made the difference to manchester united . i most favourite player is ronaldo and started to like the club only because of him . but now i have become a big fan of manchester united . i think after the departure of ronaldo rooney has lifted his responsibility and has done well . valencia has also made a very good contribution as a right winger . he is playing really well .

hehe,for me,beckham will always be my favourite all time!!! for players who are currenly playing for MU,Rooney is my favorite because he's such a good player and i enjoy watching him^^
