...of our interests?
I do many times. I only wish some of my interests appeared more and others appeared less. It seems I don´t have any witty or helpful thing to say anymore about earning money. But just now, I found a juicy steak and under it, the word "steak". I must have accepted it someday, when I was answering a post. But this steak took me by surprise, almost making my mouth water. My mind swirled: medium, rare, done. I like the MOO type. Will I make a post of that? Sounds like a poll. And who cares how I like it, after all
Better than this steak, I read a post this evening about the book Gone with the Wind. I learned some things about the book. But for me Gone with the Wind will always be Scarlett O¨hara descending those stairs at the beginning in the movie, the dress made of felt curtains after the war and Rhett Butler at the end saying "My dear, I don´t give a damn!"
Now, to make all this into a post, Do you daydream while reading some posts? Do you talk to them and talk to yourself remembering things? What are your inner feelings about this virtual home we are sharing? Are you as lucky as I am and have nice and good friends here?
This time, the go to mylot! Happy posting!

If she grows up any more she'll be patting me on the head. But yeah she's just not that interested yet, wants to be a kid. Maybe in a year or two or three.
I threw some books at her today, most of the ones you mentioned plus Alexei Panshin's Rite of Passage. She showed a wee bit of interest...

Let her grow up a bit! We know better.Maybe she really needs to read some books to learn about the complexity of human relations

I share that too. Just now, when I logged in here to see the answers to my post and comment them, I saw some roses and the interest "gardening". As I love to garden, I surelly will take a look at it now that the roses greeted me.

marguicha hi yes some of them make me nostalgic like Grandpa
Bobs posts about his home state, and gardening and all. I
remember back to my childhood on the farm, and all the fresh
veggies and fruit we ate, and the fun we had. I love to reply
to some of these posts as they connect me to my childhood and
my early marriage years, all pleasant sweet memories. Oh yes
I do talk to my friends here and enjoy being able to connect'
with them.Happy mylotting.

Sometimes I do get inspiration from the different posts. They might get me thinking about a topic and then my mind will think of something somewhat relevant. I also get inspired by daily life and the situations that come up.
And about the Steak..you sure did make me want one! Haven't had a good steak or any staak for that matter for many many months! Medium Rare is my favorite way to go but i like steak no matter which way it's made. Just don't burn it! Be Well!

I don´t. Burn a steak, I mean. I have an iron skillet where I only make steaks. And I only buy meat from Argentina when I want a steak. I like mine sealed with this very hot iron and mooing in the inside.
Take care and happy posting!

Not really actually though sometimes when I see certin pictures i want to add mine to the mix. I mean precious is so cute and loves to get his picture taken. This needs to be shared to the world. Most pictures though, I can't see very well. So I just skip right over them.

You know, you can add your own pictures. In some of my interests I have my own pictures (like in "family" or "parenting".

Sometimes i do it and pictures speaks a lot of words, sentiments and their is a story behind it which may be reflection of the images including the background could be a good sources of great topics if one have a lot of imagination. A simple or complex pictures could told a lot of stories which may signify life in different shapes and forms and it is up to the writer to expound the messages which the pictures like to convey and being interpreted in a manner which the reader could relate on it based on real experiences while some are just imaginary notion.
