Have you ever examined why you believe in Christianity? / myLot

I ask this question because a few years ago I was a moderator in a Christian debate chat room, and there were many things that were brought to my attention until for a while I actually became an agnostic. I had to really stop and think if what I believed all my life was true or not. I've come to a conclusion that I still believe in God, and Jesus, and I lean towards the messianic jewish faith. (raised catholic, then went to pentecostalism afterwards).

..hi.. well, I have my own personal experience and testimony why i believe in God.. I have felt his presence ever since.. I grew up believing in the presence of a Super-Natural Being and that's God.. I've always come to Him in prayer and I've been answered.. I don't need to see Him personally for me to believe in His existence.. Just merely looking at all the creations makes me wonder how great is the power of God.. I knew I never reached this far without Him in my life..

hi raynejasper! Though we can't see God, we can sense His everlasting care and love everyday especially in our darkest and saddest times! Sometimes, it is hard for us to believe what our eyes cannot see but once we experience his miraculous touch in our lives, then we know that God truly exists! Sometimes, we tend to neglect the beautiful things around us... we keep on searching and looking too far for proofs when in fact the answers are already right in front of us... we just ignore it and them-- the people around us! I say, it's a cultural dictation. What you are is what your parents religiously, not generally though. If you were raised in a family or country full of Christians, chances are you will also be baptized as christian, in your infancy period.

Hi Elizabeth. When i was a little boy I drowned for a little while and had an out of body experience. I Got to meet and talk to Peter and other Apostles. Peter laid his hands on me and prayed for me. GOD spoke to me. So yes, I believe in GOD. Late last year as I was trying to go to sleep I heard a voice talking to me. It was Theodosious. Later on my wife wrote to an address and asked for a saint to help us. She heard back that Theodosious was chosen for us. HE has spoken to me and said that he would help us. Yes, I do believe in GOD. We havd had other experiences as well.

from my christianity life i had see many miracles,signs and wonders in my life i believe my god is living god because i had see many proof with both of my eyes. i had saw lame people began to walk, dumb people began to talk, those who were suffered in cancer,aids,tumor,diabetes and many kind of disease has been healed, those who possesed by demon has been delivered those who under spell,witchcraft nad many more has been delivered those blind has been restored their sight. i simply like to watch this kind of miracle in youtube by type tb joshua or benny hinn. and i enjoy to see many people be delivered every single day

Have you read your Bible, here is we stand by faith by reading the word of God for we know it is the basis of what we belive in,you told that you belive in Jesus how?here is the answer God word in the bible,if you look for the other means of beliving you will get loss just trust in God read your Bible.
