What are the advantages to live in Condo or not?

I do not live in Condo unit. But I admire people who lived there. There are advantages who lives in Condo. Of course, during typhoon, they are safe. Because they live in a concrete and well built houses. Second, it is a cozy place to lived on. You see, the busy lifestyles of the city. What is your opinion, do you prefer to live in Condo or not?
