Have any of you heard of the 5-meal plan? Sound great, doesn't it?
The deal is: eat five meals per day, but cut down on the amount of food you eat per meal (such as splitting lunch in half--one to eat at lunch, and another around 3pm).
The theory behind it makes perfect sense. By keeping your body full at all times, while consuming the same amount of calories/fats, your metabolism continues to work throughout the day (it is constantly digesting food).
This sounds almost too good to be true for me, but I'm willing to try it. I'm sure they mean to eat healthy and balanced meals, with fruits as snacks and all, but it seems like a healthy and safe way to drop a few pounds.
What about you guys? Do you think it'll work? Are you willing to try this form of dieting?

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
