how do you respond to an interview question, what do you think is your weakness?

each time that we have a job interview this question is always included in the string of questions. looking at it, we think it is a very simple question but in reality it is one of the toughest.if this question is being ask to you right now by an interviewer how will you respond?

Wow are they allowed to ask you that?! Oh gosh, I'd probably get nervous and then say something like "being too honest" or "being too nice" I wonder if that would flunk me out...There is never truly a right answer is there?

hmm. if i remember it right i think my answer was am a little bit sensitive to comments(i was young then) but am trying my best not to take the comments personally but professionally, means i will turn that comment to a constructive one to impreove my performance at work.

Usually the best answer in this situation is that either you like to clean too much (you are a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning your living/workplace) or that you read too much :D
