Is anyone making money using CPA network sites?

I know that many affiliate marketers are making tons of money using CPA network sites. Inspired by their success i bought a website and submitted my application to more than 10 such networks to work as a publisher. But unfortunately, my application has been rejected by all these network. I never thought that getting an account with these sites is so difficult. So i just want to know how many mylotters are working as publishers of CPA network sites.

I am not so sure. I tried CJ but havent earned a bit even though my friends joined my programs.......But i do earn from CPA

Oh...Let me try moh..Even i am in a condition where i am trying to earn for Leads..But havent figured out what are leads..

Surveys Hmmm...hard to earn from surveys,Thats what i know...BY THE WAY..Did you earn For Pay per lead

hi CPA .. i think you are reffering to affiliate marketing where one has to promote another site. There are many people out there who re makng some realy good money .. but this changes from person to person some make huge amount s of it some make a decent income... whereas some are not able to earn much. But if one tries hard and continues for some amount of time trying to learn the tips and tricks of the trade they will be able to get a good profit.... i come n the 3rd part though :(
