Its been like 3 weeks and I still havnt got paid anything for participating. MYLOT... whats going on ?

well first of all, you have to make $10.00 before you reach payout, so it looks like you have a long way to go! second of all, you have to reach payout (the $10-) by the end of the month and you will get paid by the (on or around) the 15th of the following month. i sugguest you read the FAQs!
