Can i verify my paypal account using a visa gift card????

Hello rojo I have heard that it is possible to do it with a gift card, though im not completely sure about it. I also have heard there is a bit of problem with the digits that paypal asks but i dont think there´s any harm on trying right?

Gift card? I don't think that is possible. The only way you can verify your paypal account is by using a credit card. And since you are residing in the philippines, a lot have already vouched for that the new smart money card can be used for verification purposes.
