I will never forget learning I was 7 an my big sister told me to stay away from her bike or else hhehee you know I didnt listen I took her bike and used the stairs to push off an tried to teach myself how to ride a bike finally after a few tries an crashes I did it I made it around the block an taught myself how to ride an finally got my own bike a month later so when did you learn

I reckon I was around 8 when I learned to ride a (borrowed) bike,but I didn't get to own one until a couple of years later..The local public park had an enclosed mini road track layout for bikes with roadsigns,road markings,and even traffic lights..you could buy tickets for a timed session and practise..good fun!

wow sounds like fun we would just go to the park an they had bike trails that we all rode on an of course around the block

I was 3 when I first rode a bike. It had no training wheels and my mom used to hold me from my shirt while i learned to keep my balance. It took me about 2 weeks to learn to ride - my mother told me this :)
Now I'm into BMX, just started at the age of 17 and it is the best hobby I've ever taken up, will definitely keep at it!

Hehe, yes, many people tell me that I'm a born biker :D
I always liked the thought of moving at least twice as fast as walking and that's why I always rode my bike wherever possible. That gave me a lot of experience and at the age of 4 I was already riding alone :)

I was also seven! On my 7thbrithday, my parents finally had some money leftover and decided to buy me a bike. I remember till today, it was a batman bike, it was silver with batman logos all around it. I took the training wheels off in less than a week and I was using my bike to do everything.

boy I remember those days once I learned you couldnt get me off my bike I also did everything on mine my brother an I would mount our bikes an now don't laugh play Adam12 an swat on our bikes chasing the bad guys on our bikes
