If you are transfering money from your paypal into your own bank account it is pretty easy and there are no fees. As long as you have your bank account information added onto your paypal account you can easily transfer the money out of paypal into the bank account. If this is infact what you are trying to do then if you are in the my account tab you go to the bar where it says withdrawl and scroll down to where it says transfer to bank account. Then it takes you through the process of putting in how much you want to transfer from the paypal to the bank account. If you need to add your bank account information so you can transfer balances from paypal if you have been paid by others it is just a matter of going to the profile tab when you are in the my account tab and scroll down to add or edit bank account and you enter in your details as it tells you. If you are trying to use your paypal account to make payments or send money to someone else then you either need your bank account information by adding it in the way I described above or you need to add your credit card information or debit atm card and you add those the same way only you scroll down under profile to where it says Add or Edit Credit Card.
