in an instance wherein a person who had offended and still offending people in the office. says what (this person) thinks and never cares if someone gets hurt. jumps into conclusions without listening to the details and gets back on you if (this person) hears something about him (even tiny little thing). weaving up stories based on situations happened. always ready for an "unsolicited" negative side comments.
For me i just let go, even if i heard a lot of side comments from this person. I don't want to fight with anybody. how about you guys, what will you do? happy my lotting

my boyfriend is a very difficult person, though he just change when he become my boyfriend, he used to be so sweet and loving when his still my friend. his the kind of person who didnt accept any idea from other people specially from me. if he wants to do things then he will and he dont want anyone to interrupt him or i will be in big trouble. most of the time i just ignore him and wait til he approach me.

before i would usually ignore those king of person, but the persistent irritation on my nerves in their presence leaves me no choice that i have to look straight into their eyes, make or put up a face upfront (an devious smile) and never say a word..lol! A simple gesture, yet an influencing factor to make him/her realize his/her unpleasing personality....

These people usually have a very low self-esteem. Maybe they just want to attract attention, but in the wrong way. If I have such a colleague in my office, I certainly would want nothing to do with him if possible, and keep him out of my sight. However, if he treads on my toes, then he is asking for some big trouble.
