Tomorrow you will take your umbrella with you or dress thicker, if you tonight listening to the TV weather forecast and the predictions and they say that tomorrow will be cold, and it will rain? You happened to leave the home wearing thin and the next day you be cold just because they said that the weather will be warmer tomorrow? Do you really trust in weather forecast, or just try to have with you all time an umbrella and a thicker jackets?

I used to trust weather forecast a lot but later on, I realised that weather condition is really unpredictable. Most of the time, when weather forecast stated that there is no rain and I didn't bring any umbrella, it rained and I was trapped in somewhere. So I decided that it would always be better to have umbrella with you all the time to prevent the unpredictable and you don't have to look at weather forecast as well. Singapore is all summer country so it's not really old at any point of time so I don't bring jackets.

You're right, time is often unpredictable even specialists may be wrong, they can tell how it will be in great weather but the town to town, the weather can change, it is better to be cautious. To have all time a small umbrella or a jacket, maybe is much better.

No, i don't always dressed based on weather forecast, since it is only a forecast i don't really trust it will be happen tomorrow, but as for the prevention, it is better to bring an umbrella if the sky looks dark, i didn't bring my thicker jacket everywhere, unless i can see the steam air coming out from my mouth

There is a saying that I like to employ when dealing with the weather. "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst." And that is true, even if the weather is said to be nice and sunny, there is still a chance where there is a storm coming. It is just best to be prepared for anything and everything. Weather is unpredictable, no matter how much we want to predict it. I will say that I tend to just trust my judgment when I have to go outside. Looking outside at what is happening around me tends to give me a good level of judgment what level of preparation I need, whether I need to dress warmly or bring an umbrella or whatever. The weather forecast can be right at times. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. Still, just be prepared for everything and take the weather forecast, no matter what with a grain of salt.

Hi! I don't trust the weather forecast and the weather-men, because I know that these are only predictions and it may not happens so that's why I don't dressed in the weather forecast. I even don't watch it that often, only when I am waiting for the news and they broadcast it!

Hi Marianna45! Where I live it rains a lot, so I try to have an umbrella at least in the car all the time, but I do trust the weather forecast! Two weeks ago it was quite the opposite of what they said. It was raining in the area very much, and I heard on TV that thursday was going to be the worst day of all, and I was going to wash my laundry but I didn't for what they said. All thursday of that week was very sunny! But it was ok because I wasn't in the mood for doing some laundrey! Well, I never am, but that day less than ever! Besides that episode, every thing I hear from a night earlier its right so I dressed up as they warn me! How about you? DO you trust them? Happy mylotting! Libna!

I usually make a point of checking the weather forecast as inevitably I get caught out. One day it's sunny, the next it's raining and I generally now try to make sure that I am prepared for what the weather will throw at me.

Unfortunately, marianna, weather forecast here is not so reliable.I'm wondering about it indeed. As you see, this city is next to Shanghai, but weather forecast is correcter than it here. Generally speaking, I still listen weather forecast on radio only for temperature information - it's correcter, in my opinion. Combining with my experience, I decide my dressing. It always works well.Usually, I will keep my warm. And I always bring a folded umbrella everyday (in my handbag). If it's my sun umbrella in summer, and rain umbrella in other three seasons. That's just my opinion! Enjoy mylotting!

I'm not one of those people who watch the weather to prepare myself. They wrong most of the time. Its just a guess, a really bad guess. Millions of dollars worth of weather detecting equipment, satellites in the sky, doppler radar, and a guy in a suit that points at things, and makes small talk with the other news people. And its no better than someone stepping outside, and saying oh ya..its sunny. When I want to know what the weather is I look outside. I don't worry about what the weather will be. I can handle any weather condition, and I don't melt in the rain. I guess people who are effected by these things could always carry jackets, and umbrellas in their cars.

As a matter of fact, I do not trust the weather forecast very much, because it often gives us the wrong information. So I will not dress in the weather forecast, I will dress what I like. Have a nice day!

Well, where I live the weather forecast is so accurate that is scary, so even if in the past I didn't listen to it, now if it says that it will rain, it always does, so if it says so I will take my umbrella with me. Same goes for when it says that it's going to be cold or hot

There has been a lot of discussion among the scientist about weather. It is not very long time when scientist found out about the butterfly effect, turbulence, ect. According to that theory, there is something that can not be predicted in this world. And the weather is one of them. So it is not me who doesn't want to trust to weather forecast, but the weather itself cannot be forcasted.

I dont really trust the weather. The weather is fairly unpredictable. The forecast says this and that but sometimes it is true sometimes its not. For me, weather forecast is a just guide. It depends on you if you are gonna follow it or not.

I trust the forecast most of the time, but there are always times that weather goes its own way. No matter what the forecast says, I'll have some back gear stuffed in my bag. Like in winter regardless of the forecast I will always have a pair of snow gloves ready, in case of sudden drop in temperature. During summer time, umbreall is something I can't leave home without. The forecast will give you a range of weather to expect, but actual result could vary from having little difference to complete wrong. Therefore having backup gear will make you more prepared.

I always make sure to dress in layers, so if it is warmer than I anticipated, I can always take something off. As for having an umbrella and other weather related accessories with me, I make it a point to carry a large handbag, so I will have room for anything that I might need.

I trust the one we have here, or at least I trust the technology he is using to prepare his forecasts. Every snowstorm we have had this winter, he has predicted the time the snow would sart to fall, and he hasn't missed it by more than 15 minutes all winter...The last storm we had he said the snow would start at 2 am in our area. I looked out the window at 5 minutes to 2 and there was nothing, by 2:03 it was snowing so hard I couldn't see the neighbors house, if he tells me to take a coat or an umbrella I'll take them.

No, the weather forcast does not dictate what I should wear or bring before going outdoors. In fact, I don't check out the weather forcast before going out. I only have to look skywards to determine if it will rain or not. Anyway, I always go out with a foldable umbrella in my backpack. You never know when you will need it.

I don't really trust the weather forecast because no one really knows what would happen next. The weather is like a woman, it's unpredictable. I always have an umbrella in the car, a sweater, a jacket and warmer clothes, just in case. But, I'd dress like it's going to be "normal" weather and use the extras if I need them. Have a comfy day, marianna.
