Can you still hang out with your friends even if they cheated or betrayed you?

I'm a band vocalist and I'm a single mom. I'm raising my child alone. Singing is the only work for me, at the same time i love it, and i'm enjoying it. But the other night, that night is our schedule in a particular bar. But it was cancelled because of some band was scheduled to audition in that bar. Then last night I found out that the band who audition there is my band mates!!! They got new keyboardist, guitarist and vocalist to have the audition. Four of them cheated or betrayed me. I don't know what i can call it! I treated them as my brothers and sisters. But they treated me this way...
Another thing I learn now, is not to trust anybody. Even your best friend! And I don't wanna be with or even see them anymore!!!

I am really sorry to hear on what has happened to you. Your band mates were never your friends, if they can do such a thing, then they were never your friends. I personally will never talked to them ever. Roscelcruz you will have to accept that people can do anything in the act of jealousy and this how the majority of people are. I bet you have a lovely voice and that was the reason of jealousy.

I am sorry my friend. It is very sad to find out that the friends whom you considered close cheats or jkeep secrets from you. This happens with many people. This is not the end of the world. Continue working with the same people, but at the same time try for job in another band. I know that it is difficult to work with the same people knowing that they have done it to you. I will get really irritated if it happens to me.

Of course I won't hang out with them anymore! I can live without them. I have better friends than them. You should move on, forget about them. They already betrayed, they shouldn't be trusted anymore. Everything they did to you is enough. That's just my opinion.

I think they should have talked to you before getting new band members. You're right to feel cheated because they were dishonest about it. I think you should let them know that they were dishonest about it, but there's nothing you can do about people like that. Start a new band with other people and make it better than this one. Sometimes life goes like that :(

and yeah, i could still hang on them but it 's not like before that i'm too much often with myself..now, having encountered betrayal on myself, when i'm with friends or her company i just give myself an allowance from her, not totally the same attention that i felt for her. It's not that i'm still angry with her..but i already give my pardon to her.

no of course why would i, i rather want to spend my time meeting new friends than waste my time with them again besides they are proven already. i felt sorry with you an your mates but i guess they are just too selfish to think of them selves only. its the end of the world at least you know whats their real color.

No not at all if my anyone of friend cheat or betrayed to me then i will never forgive him and hang out with him.
