For me, I do not often go to the cinema to watch movies. I usually download some movies from the internet and enjoy it at home. I think this is very convenient for me. Because I do not have to step out of my home to watch movies. What's more, going to the cinema will cost a lot, but watch movies online is free. What about you?

No, I don't. Unless the movie has such fantastic effects that it must be watched in a cinema or theatre. In fact, I don't watch movies often. The last movie I watched in a cinema was Avatar. This movie was really worth spending the money to watch.

I don't often go to the cinema to watch movies because today the tickets are very expensive. And I don't go there alone, so the cost will be large. We will go to watch movies in the cinema when the movies are popular and great. Such as last time we went to watch Avatar and this is quite a popular movie.
I love China

When I was in college, my boyfriend and I always watched movies in the cinema almost every month when we were in our first year relationship. Most of our dates we spend it in the movie house together with our friends. But now we don’t watched movies together anymore for almost 2 years since we were in a long distance relationship. Still I love watching movies. During my rest day, I stayed at home and just watched movies. I will buy or rent DVD’s then just watch it at home. Sometimes I download it in the interne. I think this is more practical than watching movies in cinema since it is much cheaper. There are so many ways now that I can watched movies for free.

My family does this a lot. We go not only to watch the movie, but also for the experience. We enjoy it very much, especially when there is a movie we look forward to watching. Like Sherlock Holmes, I made it a point to watch it with close friends. Also Alice in Wonderland, I want to watch it together with my close friends. When a movie has already stopped showing, then we just buy the DVD, or download it online.

Because I am saving my money now because its hard to live this day , I don’t visit cinemas now. I only watch DVD’s at home. We also have cable television so there is other option when it comes to movies to watch. I can only go to cinema if there is someone who will treat me to be there and also if there is a movie that my favorite celebrity is the lead character. I mostly watched foreign movies than local, because as I said we have cable television, some local movies will be available there after a year so I will just wait for it to shown. I prefer DVD’s because I can save from it, I can watch at the comfort of my home, I don’t have to go to other places. If I get bored I will turn off the television and sleep, I can’t do that on movie place.

I go maybe once a month if I am lucky. I have 3 kids and if we go to the movies as a family there are 5 of us and it is really expensive, plus one of my kids is still kind of young so he won't sit still through a lot of adult movies. He will sit still through most kids movies but not grown up movies. He will get restless and make noises, or will ask to go to the bathroom 10 times. I do like going to the movies and I assume I will go to more once my youngest gets a bit older.

I don't go to the movies very much anymore. It costs so much to go, especially if you want a drink or snack. Movies come out on dvd fairly quickly now so I prefer to just wait and get them sent to me via Netflix. I have a big screen HDTV and surround sound so I get a little bit of the movie theater experience and I love the convenience of being able to hit the pause button if nature calls or I want something from the kitchen. I just got a PS3 which will play blue ray movies for even higher quality so I'll probably stick to just watching them at home. [;-)

No, my friend. I don't go to the cinema at all to watch movies. Why? Well, I don't have to. Because the local movie theaters of in my town aren't worthy of attracting viewers. I usually watch movies on various TV channels. Moreover, I can get the latest movies from local market. How? Well, there's a shop in my city who download latest movies from the internet and sell them at a very low price (Bangladeshi 5.00 Taka which is equivalent to US 0.07 cents). I watch them on my PC according to my whenever I like however I like.
Have a nice day with watching good movies.

Actually, I do not go to theater very often because I can watch most of the films online. That is a much cheaper way to watch a film. Another reason I don't go to cinema is that I think most of the movies is not worthy to go to a cinema. Every year, there will be a great mount of new films come out, but just a few are well appraised, for example, IMDb score above 8.0.

I cannot agree with you more. Many movies today are not worthy for us to go to a cinema. And watching movie at home is cost-free. But for some movie, especially the movie like 2012, I would choose to watch in a cinema. Because for a movie with such spectacular scenes, I think it would be greater to watch in cinema.

Likewise....I do not go to the cinema to watch a movie that often. I remember that the last time I went there was last November of 2009 when I watched with my boyfriend the film "2012"...I rather buy dvd and watched it at home. Same is through with my boyfriend, he prefers to buy dvd and watched a movie together. And the last movie we just seen was "Vampire's Assistant".

This is a sometime event for me. I usually prefer to watch movies on TV or download from Internet. I used to go to cinema in collage days in group and that was a fun going together. Now a days I go Cinema only whenever we are in group and want to spend sometime outside home..
There is another issue going out to watch movie is terror scare, I avoid going in public places as much as possible.
Swine flu is another reason for not going in public places and Cinema is again not safe from Swine Flu.

I used to go to cinema every month. Viewing cinema on VCD or DVD is not that much clear compared with viewing it on silver screen. The sound effect will be so amazing while watching on theater and also more enjoyable. I feel if we view on theater will be nice
