Do you keep a diary?

When I was a child, I always kept a diary. I used it to write about what happened, about my feelings and it is really good when I read them after many years. But now, I am getting lazier and lazier, I seldom write a diary now. What about you? Do you keep a diary?

My answer is yes. But I don't write my diary everyday, I just write when something that I want to remember happened or some minds come to me and I want to keep that idea. My diary begins in 2009 and now it is more than 90,000 words~ Maybe I could make it to be a miscellaneous work and publish it, HAHA~~

Yeah, I see. Good for you, haha. You right so many words already. Hope to see your work publish in the future, xixi. I am getting lazy now so I do not keep diary for a long time. But I do have several blogs and I write something on it, however, I just write when I am not happy or encounter something sad. I thing it is a good way for me to release my feelings.

Hi colydf! I, too used to write on a diary about all sorts of things. That's before i went to college. I love to read since i was a kid and somehow my reading influenced me to write. I even kept a diary with a lock when I entered high school because on that diary I wrote about crushes.LOL! But now, I got so busy with my work and no time to daydream about anything except getting a nice job, loving thing that happen without you pondering or writing about it. I just got busy, so now I don't write anymore.

When I was a kid too, I really write to my diary everyday and everything that happened to me. But now, I only write to it only the important events and happenings to me, and only memories that shouldn't be forgotten. I also release my emotions to it. It also serves as my planning book, it's where I write my plans, my goals, my expenses and my wish lists.

i dont want to keep a diary coz i dont want anyone to know about my personal life specially those that i can consider as very personal. and if so i guess its very embarrassing. i cant hide the diary for myself coz we cant tell, somehow someone will going to read it. though i only keep happy memories and left bad memories behind. for every happy memories, i have remembrance from them, like pictures, card or something related to that. if i saw them thats the time that everything will refresh inside my mind.

actually I like writing about everything happened in my daily life. but I have no time today to write on my diary. i have a husband and a daughter so my time is only enough for taking care of them. writing on a diary gives me some advantages, like when I read it again my old writing, it could make me laugh. or it can be such a reminder about my past memories. i want to write again someday.

He he...sweet question... but y answer will probably strike u as wired-do nothing. just keep it in open sight so that ur parents don't get an idea that it contains personal details. Well, that works for e since my parents aren't peeping Jones and anyway, threes nothing that my ma doesn't know about me I tell her everything, so she need not try to peep into ur diary, will they? Still.. if u wanna 'protect it, just carry it with u whoever u go... or once in a while u make a nice entry in ur diary and show it to Ur parents so that they start thinking u don't write any 'uh.uh' matter there
