I do not like to have breakfast very much. Recently, I realize that I have to get rid of this bad habbit. So I bought some milk and bread. However, I only want to drink milk and do not want to eat bread. But I do not know if it will do harm to my health if I only drink milk for breakfast. Can you give me some advice?

i guess no, you can eat everything during breakfast as long as your stomach can absorb those foods. they said, eat only small meals during breakfast but some says to eat a lot since we use it for our energy or reserve energy for the day since some dont eat lunch on time specially if the are too busy with work. besides milk is better than nothing at all.

As much as I have tested not eating in the mornings, I've come to a conclusion:
1) EAT in the mornings! It is very important
2) If you don't, you will often feel drowsy or even dizzy and you can't concentrate and do things efficiently.
3) Even one fruit like an apple will make you feel good in the morning, plus you won't have to eat so much in the afternoon.
So, eat anything, because it is better than staying hungry in the morning.

Breakfast (break fast) is the main meal and a lot of importance should be given to it. It should have a mix of carbohydrates and protein along with some fruit. After reading this response I hope you will have a good spread.

Drinking milk is much better than having nothing at all at breakfast. For some busy people, like me when I was working in the office, I just drink a glass of milk before going to office, then take a snack during morning breaks. But if you can, try having a heavy breakfast to last you a long and stressful day ahead.
