Yah right TAZMAN! Every person has its own way of life.... The same as reading. Its ups to you if what is your prepared time to read... (Anu nakasanayan mo.. Like me, if its weekend, that's that time of my reading marathon. I will never stop til I finished the book. Take note, no eating just a glass of water.... hahahaha

Yes, studies have shown that studying in the morning is the most effective as the brain tends to absorb more during that time. Of course, it is not a bill that fits all. For me, the best time to read or study is late at night. I can absorb much more than any other time of the day.

I also prefer reading early in the morning. Aside from the fact that my mind is still fresh from anything, like what you mentioned, it's still really quiet in the morning, especially before or around 3 o'clock which is the time I wake up and read my Bible.

I totally agree with you here aradaza, mornings are the best time to read books or whatever review materials because it is at this time when our minds have fully rested. I remember when I was having my review in preparation for my licensure exam, I wake up early in the morning and take my breakfast and drink my coffee before I read my review materials. At this time I feel refreshed my night's sleep the previous night..it felt good knowing you have done your rest and sleep and now ready to do reading. I love reading and it has been my hobby ever since when I was still a child. There is nothing like early morning reading...don't you agree. I do, thanks for this topic aradaza...happy mylotting.

No, I don't read in the morning because I don't want to strain my eyes too much, particularly if i like what I read, I can't stop, so i try not to read it in the morning. I also want my eyes to feel fresh before i go to work. I usually read at night with substantial light, of course, because it helps me relax and I sleep better.
