How do I get a bank job for my wife in Melbourne

Folks, I am with a problem which most of the INDIAN I.T guys would have , I am married to a girl who is working for a leading bank in INDIA for 2.5 yrs , Now I am deputed to Melbourne,Ausitralia for an Project assignment for 3 years ,My company sponcers a dependednt VISA to my wife as well , However She wants to continue her carrer there , Which one would be a better choice finding a job in australia processing the work permit for her and then travelling top melbourne or to take her there in dependent VISA and then search for job in any of the banks in Melbourne Do you have any suggestions ?Experienced peoples Kindly Help me ?
