Hi Mylotters! I think some of you can still remember my earlier post about why do we think of negative thought about our partners when they don't take our call. Well this is a bit related to it...
Well you see I tried to text my partner instead of calling my partner up. I told my partner since I already know the reason behind the "no picking the ringing phone up" thing, I'm not gonna let my self be a disturbance for the time being instead, I'll just wait for my partner's text message telling me when I could call up. So there I was waiting for a message all day long and I ain't getting one till this afternoon came and my phone rang for a message. When I read the message, it was my partner telling me to make a phone call and I did only to find out that my partner is already on the way to another country! To my partner's home town at least! And the best part is, since the phone line was a bit choppy, I had to end my call. And I'm not gonna be able to call my partner up for quite sometime! S**t! What a f****d up day this is! Anyway, thanks to myLot, I could express my feelings out! Damn!

Yikes. That is pretty ouch man. Did you have any idea about the flight beforehand? Anyways, I do hope you'll feel better soon.

well... i can really feel the heat in here. actually, i haven't really read your post but surely, i will. i guess it's also hard in her part to say goodbye to you. though what she did was wrong, maybe it's the only way for you guys to accept the fact that you'll be staying separately because of some certain distance.

Thanks for sharing that with us..
Mixed emotions and feeling of loneliness do happen when you know that your loved one has to go in another place. Especially when the last thing to do is to call and due to unexpected technical problem, it has to end without even telling all the things you want to say and express. It is really bitter if the phone call cut that way when both of you needed most.
However, In my opinion, this instance in your life is an additional lesson for her or maybe for both of you that whenever your loved one is calling or made texts messages, do answer promptly as you can because your loved one is concerned and do show love and affection. The efforts given in those times you are not able to answer a call, can be the times you will regret yourself for not answering those because it may be the last for no one can predict the future.
What I mean precisely is, as much both of you can do to make your time worthy. Make the most of it. So, if ever cases like this do really happen, both of you are secured already for the thoughts you have last parted on. I hope your loved one will realize it.

Hey i reckon it's a blessing in disguise and i will tell you why. She is used to you calling her and texting regularly and when there is a change in the pattern she will notice and miss it. How long is she gone for? Do you know?
