Yes i do have this habit and i used to talk while i sleep not only me even my mom also do the same-thing. So my dear friends what about yours do you talk while you sleep.

I was told that I do sometimes. This happens mostly when I am really tired. My wife is the sleeptalker between the two of us. She talks more often when is sleep. And every morning when we talk about it, we just end up laughing about it.

Hi Nirishasoal,
I don't have the habit of talking when i sleep. Don't know whats the exact reason is but most of the people talk and sleep.One of my close friend had the same habit and in there home her mom also had it.

hai.
i am not used to talk while i sleep but my mom keep going, always she talk while she in sleep. i dnot know y this happen? do you know the reason friend??
