What are your views about a boss who uses profane languages on his/her subordinates? Bosses who often use degrading words such as, "idiot", "stupid", or words "b*tch" Those words obviously are way too personal and below the belt. Is this acceptable for you? Would you just let it pass? Or is it really not acceptable to you? My friend is in a battle right now. Battling the upper management because her immediate supervisor used those words on her. I think you will be one with me in saying that all the countries implement a strict policy that, No one in the workplace no matter what position should be treated inhumanely. After filing the complaint to the human resources department, my friend suddenly was bombarded with several more charges. Her boss might've realized what a grave mistake he has done hence wanting to get rid of her. What can you suggest about this issue? What do you think are the best ways to deal with this situation? The best ways to fight the battle with a corporation?
