I am not sure exactly but I am sure it is upwards of $1000.00. What do you spend?

I usually just spend a few hundred, but my girls have been asking for bunk beds, so this year I put bunkbeds on layaway. They were $500 plus mattresses, plus sheets. In addition, I will be getting them each a few toys.

WAY TOO MUCH. Everyone spent far too much on Christmas presents the year before last year, so last year we set some rules. No one could go over a cartain limit for presents. And it was the best Christmas we all had in I don't know HOW long! Instead of running rampid in the malls and shopping centers, then getting trapped in traffic and cursing everyone in the snow, we spent our time in our cozy homes! We cooked wonderful dinners and decorated our houses, decorated our trees together and watched Christmas movies! We built fires at night in our fire bowls outside and huddled around it with some drinks and wathced the stars in the snow, we baked tons of cookies and actually ENJOYED our hoilday together! Sure, we still did Christmas shopping, but not even HALF as much as we normally did (and I was smart this year and did the shopping earlier in the year, so by the time Xmas rolled aorund, I was DONE!) I used to DREAD Chritmas season, even though I loved the time of the year, but now, after we set those gift rules, I absolutely can't wait for it again! ;)

I set a budget of $300-$400 and then stick with it. I usually only buy something for my grandaughter and husband, and then make gifts for everyone else.
