neobux account suspended, need help T_T

Today i logged in my neobux account and found out it has been suspended, that i violated their terms of service, can anyone help me? i havent even reach a month, i think i did the "1 account per pc" but not really sure, if they could tell me i would not make the same mistake, account name: "ppc87" help please

there would be the email id of neobux admin or support ticket..
explain trutly what happen and if u not got your account back then wait for 14 days.your account will deleted and after that u can again start from new account but with different id and username.and read the rule properly.

The other way to get past the account is suspended page is to change your ip. That only works if you're connected to the internet through a router though, and you need to have a dynamic IP.
Sadly i never had to go through these details as my ISP did everything for me, i only learned i had such a convenient dynamic IP months after we got broadband.
After getting past the suspended page you can then contact support, i don't suggest logging in before contacting support so i hope it's possible.
