Do you think it is fair enough for consumers to have this kind of rule in some stores that all sales should be final? I consider it very unfair!

No store should have that. Not only is it unfair, but unlawful as well (I think this gets covered under the Consumer Act). Some people are not even aware that as consumers, they have the right to complain, exchange or to some extent, even return and get a refund on goods that they have purchased.

It is totally unfair! There's one store like that in my place and I was really agnry when I have to return it and they wouldnt accept it because they have that rule. I was upset because I think the store owners know there are damages in the items that they sell and they impose rules like this just to get rid of those useless items. I'm not going back to that store anymore. And I'd be careful next time.
