I love cherries, when I buy Cherries they are gone in a blink of an eye. I spit the pit out and my fingers turn red. Did you know that this fruit as many health benefits. Cherries are a a rich source of protein, sugar, antioxidants and are a great source of calcium, vitamin A and C. They also contain Iron. Your Liver and heart love Cherries. Cherries will clear out the excess fat from your liver, which is great for you. Eating cherries will reduce the inflamation from swelling, joint pain and gout.
