In a way I think it would do mankind some good to get away from the cell phone issue. But, at the same time, phones in general are needed in emegercey situations. But, quite frankly man kind has become too dependant on technology. I have gone a few days not able to use my phone due to power outages. I needed to conserve the battery and I had to do that by keeping it off unless I needed to make a call. I've gotten so used to having it at my fingertips that I've found it kind of hard to consider living without it.

Yes this cell phone has made the world much faster than ever.
You can contact anyone anytime.
I can be in touch with my beloved ones whenever I want.
But I get irritated when I get some non sense calls when I wish to be alone and don't want to be disturbed.
Its hard for me to avoid people, even if I don't like them.
I can live life without anything, but it is becoming an essential thing to every human being.
