Why extra ordianry cheater person impose their mistake on others?

Often extra wise cheater impose their problems on others. Why they not self clear it. I think it very bad habit. They should do this. What do you think?

Extra Ordinary person like cheat only. They haven't feelings. They impose there mistakes on others. I think that this is not right. We should be honorable to all humans.
