Almonds are a rich source of vitamin E.They are treasure of essential minerals like magnesium and calcium.A hand ful of almonds daily reduces the risk of heart disease and lowers bad blood cholestrol.They can be consumed by diabetic paitence or a prediabetic or any one with blood sugar issues.Due to their rich calcium content they are known as brain and bone food.Almond oil on the other hand is natures best gift for women .It can be consumed by mixing a teaspoon in a glass of milk.It relieves dry skin,chapped lips ,dry hair .It retains the glow of the skin.It delays ageing process.Massage with almond oil adds shine to the hair ,stops hair fall and makes hair strong ,long and thick.It enhance intellectual in kids by nourishing the brain and nervous system.What do you say about this wonder nut.Almond is botanically not a nut but a seed of DRUPE fruit.
