Acne is caused due to the impropre secretion of sebaceous glands in the face.It results in more pimples which people used to pluck it up. even i a going through this problem as i am also in my 30's Didn't know why thanks for the information. i think one should take less stress as far as hormones are concerned one cant help it much.just stay a healthy life .

I,ve have serveral friends tell me that washing your face with your urine can clear up acne. One instited that her doctor told her to do it.it sounds gross.my questionsis does it actually-ok.

Think acne is caused also by stress, stress free individuals usually don't get acne. Think people need to chill out, use a good face wash, and not worry about acne.
