I have been praticing pranayam and yoga since last few months regularly. The majour advantage i got is my cholestrol level came under control. I also feel light and more active. Do u practice yoga? what benefits have u derived from it?

I practice some light yoga, and even a light routine has done wonders.. My flexibility has increased, as well as my general endurance and stamina. It's also helped tone up some areas of my body where I was suffering in the flab department lol
