How important is religion for you?, for it is not, due to the circumstances that I am atheist, but I constantly see people that wouldn't go out with other if they are not from their own religion, I have seen girls and guys reject others, they wouldn't date them because they are not from the same religion. I personally think that it is more important what what a person have inside of their soul that their own beliefs, what do you think? How important religion is for you?

My religion is very important to me. I am a penticostal christian. There are people that will date or marry the same religion as they are. I believe the same way as they do. Most people will clash and argue about religion. I believe if God wants 2 people together they will be together rather they are the same religion or not. My whole family is the same religion we have been for a long time. But I wont judge someone because they are a different religion then I am. God is there judge not me. And they would also have to think where would you go Heaven or hell when you pass away. Some people don't think there is a hell but it is very real and so is heaven.

Well it is nice when people don't judge the ones that have a different religion than themselves, that shows tolerance and respect, and this is very important in this world where everybody think their way is the one that is correct. But I disagree that most people will clash and argue about religion, because there are many people that will listen and tried to learn about each other differences.

Some people do argue when it comes down to religion. Not all of them do but some. Because they have tried it with me before. And yes I agree with you some do like to listen to what others have to say about religion. Some like to learn some don't want to hear it. I am one that likes to listen and learn.

Religion TO/FOR ME isnt important but I'm not a religious person...SPIRITUALITY however IS important because I'm a very spiritual person BUT that doesnt mean I would reject another because we see differently or our beliefs are different..As long as we respect each others choices then it shouldnt be an issue... That said though, some ppl sadly are SO caught up in their faith they DO reject others..not just potential mates but also friends and family and i personally think that is a true shame. Being like that causes numerous opportunities and possiblities to completely pass you by because of it ya know..its sad that some ppl are like that..

Totally agree with you, and I think the same, as long as no one tries to obligates me to believe what they do I am fine, and I will also try to learn as much as I can from those other persons that are different than me. But I have run through people that will reject everybody, possible mates, friends and even family members, and as you say it is a shame because they are missing the opportunity of meet probably wonderful people.

We are all God's children regardless of beliefs.People who must have the same religion just want EASY. They do not realize that few things really worth while come easy. The most growth comes from opposites. That's why opposites attract. Deep down,we all know that we are here to learn!!

Totally agree with you, we learned a lot from the people that are different than us. And it is important that we understand that, because we are all different, and that is what makes this world so nice, the diversity between each other.

Though I believe that it is your Faith in God not religion that will save you, yet my religion is very important to me. It is through my religion that I learned the Christian values of love and respect. My religion taught me how to appreciate and be grateful for all the love and blessings that come our way and, what I like most in my religion is the respect it has and not being judgmental of other religious beliefs.
