You can start your dreamed business if you have ten thousand dollars for the first course, then you can develop.
What kind of business you want to start, what you would be interested to do, to work of course,do you have a brilliant idea?
Maybe a site in which to invest? a flower store or a small shop with antiques? Why not a beauty salon or a cafe?
Maybe a gym or a workshop to repair cars?
What is your dreamed business, and of course you must to start with ten thousand dollars; You have some ideas there in your mind?

I have a small business, and believe me, i know what i say, if you must pay rent, if you must pay salary, taxes, and just because people forgot to buy a book, this business is not a business right now, let say that is a hobby. I am sure that your father know this, you can try let s say something about books, but not a simple store, maybe a antiques object trade, and can buy old books too; good luck

i don't think so, icesmile. I think bookstore is a good one with lots of customer. Some bookstores in my city look as good business. I also consider to have this business b'coz it has good future n profits. unfortunately my dad doesn't put attention on my idea to have a bookstore, even though my mom supports me.

I wish i had at least a retail shop(mini mart). Retail business is never dull. all people need stuffs for their daily needs. But it needs more than that amount of money to start up this business.

I would have a sweet shop.
We would live in a city and the shop would have all the old fashioned sweets that people liked as children and cant find anymore as well as all the modern ones.
People often talk about sweets they used to be able to buy.
I remember looking in the window and choosing the lollipops we would buy before going inside.
It would be a long conversation with 3 or 4 other children who would 'help' in the choice.
It would be the sort of shop where you can buy just one small sweet if that is all you have to spend.
We would have chocolate eggs at Easter and chocolate snowmen and Santa at Christmas but we would do chocolate shapes for other holidays too so it want only a Christian thing.
We would have Carob too for people who cant eat chocolate.

if i am going to convert that amount to my country's currency, approximately, i would have almost half a million - a hundred thousand short.
starting an internet cafe with at least 20 units of computers and 3 months paid for rent and internet connectivity - that's what i can start with that amount.
but i was thinking of having a small cafe or eatery because food as we know is a necessity and you would never run out of customer - meaning business would go on.
since i am interested working with computers, i am thinking of putting up a service center - repair, any computer jobs, but that would require me to acquire more knowledge on how to do the job - and computer technologies' trend is so fast and i might not able to keep up.

Hi,To get a profit from the Internet, you must have at least 40 computers, to be profitable to be placed in a central area, give them free coffee, to sell something to eat there, and why can not you do a kind club, that is a combination of several small businesses in the same business, when one does not work, go another?of course even you know that there are not to many who have computers in theirs home; if they have, you can make a combination with some disco there, where people can meet in real too; at least this is my idea

I could get my degree, and start a business for $10,000. I just signed up to take a correspondence course to be a Bridal Consultant, and that will cost $720. After that, I'll still have more than $9,000 left, and that will be more than enough to get things going.

A cafe and pastry shop, that is our dream, my sister and I, but it has to be something unique. There are a lot of cafes cropping up where we live, so we need to really stand out. I can't really go into detail here, I hope you understand, but this is our dream, and having that kind of money, that's already really big here in our country, it would really help!

With that money I could open a workshop manual in the local area, something to bring old traditions to the surface, to sell to tourists who are very interested in buying things to bring them to her home.
No matter how poor is a tourist, also wants to buy something that he remember from my country, labor is cheap in the countryside, do not need much space, no need for large investments, workers will be happy to do things from, and of course i am pleased to know that in various places in the world there are things done in your workshop.
Investment is a long time, and time, you can expand, can participate in fairs abroad, travel fairs and materials, being local, they are not expensive ..
