different cooking method

There are different way to cook not every form of cooking is suitable for all meat The basic cooking method is suitable for small thin meats fish poultry one of the basic cooking method is frying which is not so good for one health stir frying sauteeing casseroling whatever method we must make sure it is healthy

frying is not that good for health . its better to do it the tikka way.. frying without oil. its so tasty and at the same time, good for health.

Yes meat can be fried, it can be baked, it can be broiled, it can be grilled, and it can be cooked in a slow cooker or pressure cooker. It is best to learn how to cook meat with all of the above, usually a good cookbook on that method of cooking is a good idea to look at before trying to do any of the above for the first time. Frying is not always a bad thing if you use just about a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan to do so rather than a pan full of grease or oil.

I often bake meat in the oven or use as little oil or butter as possible on the pans or in the pots. Im constantly thinking on the healthy aspects on my cooking, just like when we eat pasta in my home we buy fullgrain pasta and not the regular.
