It has nothing to do with genders. If a person has enouh courage to express his/her feelings, he/she can kiss perfectly. And yeah I'm a good kisser LOL

well i think when a woman is high with passion she becomes a better kisser....though at times they might just get over-enthusiastic in the urge.....men might not like that...
