There was a problem with withdrawal of money to bank and also with reversal of payment to Indian paypal accounts. Paypal acted in very very unprofessional way in thais issue. There were no notification or info on their official website. After somedays there was one post in their blog. He said he will update the progress in his blog. Its almost one month and there is no update. Does anyone know what is the current situation now? Does reversal of payment occurs now also?

actually this problem occured because some paypal members from certain area in india they try to trick paypal by apply personal account for their bussiness so that paypal not charge members a small amount fee for every withdrawal and this cause paypal to stop their sevice in india and increase their security level. for your information not all area in india were banned by paypal.because that certain area people in india receive payment through paypal without problem.but paypal try solve this proble soon.

Paypal only suspended the personal account payments only. This is because of the Reserve bank of India's directive. They will sort it out within few days, they stated. If anybody want to transfer funds from paypal to the Indian bank account can use the service of e-currency exchanges. They will charge a fee for that.

Paypal has stopped payments in India because they have some problems with the reserve bank. As of now, you cannot withdraw the payment to your bank account. But you can link your credit card to it. So, technically speaking you have money in your account but cannot encash it. However, sites like ebay.com(US version) or ebay.co.uk accept payment from paypal. You can buy stuff online using this paypal account.
