I have been sending out appications non-stop ever since I could. Not one interview or phone call has been recieved. I just wanted to know any tips on getting a job. Anything that hiring managers favor. I am 16, so I am looking for tips on mostly fast food restaurants. Thanks

References from a previous jobs are always a thing someone hiring is going to look for ... young people usually have no work experience so it can be a problem. But mention all the things that might be beneficial to you: past leadership experiences (for example playing sports in school), organizations or gorups you have been part of, hobbies ... anything that can show or hint you're hard working, ambitious and similar. You should put yourself in the position of the person hiring: he/she receives many applications and knows nothing about those people (including you) - you have to get that person interseted in you, your application has to stand out.
