always look on the bright side of life ... even when the times are most difficult, there is always a new day ahead. The most important thing is to have a positive attitude and say to yourself "it's OK, there are good and bad days - today is a bad day - tomorrow will be better than today!"

Whenever i feel upset i just watch movie and only i feel fresh and start laughing again my dear friend.

Hi nirishasol!! I also enjoy watching movies to divert my mind from the things I feel. Its somewhat stress releaving and mind conditioning activity since you feel relax and be abe to decide what is good thing to do to solve the issues and problem you have :)

When i'm upset or sad, i will turn to exercising or running.. as long as i'm able to sweat it out, i will feel ok.. I just need that sudden spurt of energy to vent out everything, frustration in me, and i will be all right ^_^ If not, staring at the rain will be a good way for me too, as well as staring into the empty wall at home.. haha =D As long as there are no disturbance and i get my peace, it will be a good way for me to get over it soon ^_^

When i am upset, i try to think or do something that will make me happy, like watching some comedies, or reading some jokes. I'll also take a leisure walk in the park. I think having a pet also helps but my mum is against keeping a pet in the house. Cheers.

True to say I will cry.That makes me better.It will make me understand what is the situation is and how we can come up in that.Sometimes I use to listen musics. Especially AR RAHMAN's music.I love them.Bye

It all depends on WHAT I'm upset about really...sometimes I just have to let my mood run its course..other times I need to vent continuously then I become antisocial in order to figure things out and sometimes do things that will snap me out of the mood like workout, spend time outside (weather permitting), paint/draw/write etc..

I usually cry and stay in the four corners of my room every time I feel down and lonely. I don't want other people to see me crying so I just want to hide my tears. I usually talk to God whenever I face trials and difficulties in life. Yes, you're definitely right. Life is not always happy and we all have to face that fact. So in my case, I try to express how I feel by crying and asking God's help. After that, I let God heal the wounds and pain I feel inside. Sometimes, I try to see some friends and enjoy moments together. I also go shopping to relieve stress. Or, I eat a lot of delicious foods to forget about the reason why I am upset.

Whenever I am down and out I resort to prayers and ask the Lord for divine guidance on what to do. I seek advises from family members and trusted friends who are knowledgeable in the case or issue behind the depression. I likewise resort to reading inspirational and entertaining books or do some craft to help lighten my mood.

I always say to myself, "After all, they are just mild yokes." I always insert my belief that everything can be solved. When I'm stressed and down, I always surf in the internet new things that could really make me feel better, appreciate the underrated and listen to music which gives me relief.
