Superstitions - You Believe it or Not

All superstitions are baseless and foolish. They are the inventions of idel and silly people. They come to stay permanently in our homes. Whatever be the occasion, the role of disbelief is there. Our belief in luck and magic is too strong. We Indian are highly superstitious. when we go out of our house in the morning, a weeper or a brrom must meet our eyes. since this meeting is considered to be exteremly auspicious. If a cat crosses our path we feel greatly upset. And many more other example of the supersitions. So, what u say? You Believe it or Not?

My dear friend i never believe in all those things because its all useless and unnecessary for me i don't believe at all.

well..the thing is there is no one around you to warn about an omen or give you the "I told you so" look if something happens after you have been warned... for instance, if you are told that something bad will happen to you if a black cat crossed your path and it happened as it happens only once in a million times.. the next time a black cat crosses your path, you would be dreading about the whole episode and waiting for the worse outcome.. my dear, like someone rightly said "Ignorance is Bliss"...enjoy mylotting :)

Hi all, Superstition hyper created in the world. But i will say there is some force in the world which we cannot ignore it. We all experiences something strange happening with us. I would not say it is a superstition. It is something that we cannot negate it.

i aggre gaurav grover's statement.almost all the superstitions are baseless or foolish.but sometimes we believe its.when we are going to office and a cat crosses our way then we stop.so it is a superstition.but i belive only one superstition which is ghost.it is true superstition.

belive it some times and some times not......for an example if a cat crosses ur way and u r going for some important work and due to some reason it gets spoiled then what u will do..u will beleive it..right! so it always depends on the world around you....

1-If you place your purse on the floor,you will loss money.2-it,s a bad luck to have more than one person style your hair at the same time.3- if you sweep a women,s feet she,ll never get married.

absolutely...these r foolish things.....i dont knw why people beleive on it....u beleive in luck...magic wat the rubbish is tht smone told u abt ur future ...how he or she can tell u smthing abt ur future even they dont knw theor own...u why u beleive thmm.........

Well actually here in Romania people, especially old one and the one from rural enviroment, are superstitious. Personally I don`t believe in them because never these hings proved to be real to me. We have superstitions like the cat that crosses your way brings you bad luck or if you want something not to happen you touch wood. I don`t believe in them but I don`t make fun of those who actually believe in them
