GPT sister sites

Does anyone belong to one GPT site and its sister site? I do and I'm wondering if it is okay to do clicks at both sites. I haven't ever done it but I wonder if it would be violating the rules? Are they considered the same site or counted as two different sites and thus you could get banned if you do them at both. I think originally at QuidsCorner and its sister sites you could.
