What should I do?

Last february 10, I send package to my province through DEMS it's under post office I send it as express so it will took for only 2-3 days, But how come its more than 2 weeks now the package didn't arrive yet? I went to post office yesterday, and I asked them to followup but the woman said they will followup it after one month. cos, maybe its just delayed in delivery. What should I do? what if its gone? Are they going to pay for it?..
