It's amazing how every country has it's own tastes. A chicken cooked in a certain state varies from that cooked in another state of the same country...Amazing...whoever created or discovered these varied spices that enrich taste..I mean how did they know this had to be eaten and mixed in such a way to give out that flavour..Sometimes when i cook myself i wonder how did this all come about...Dont you??
