wow! you have a great child. i also have a three years old-daughter, but can't even write a single alphabet! she likes drawing but the object is too absurd to see. but fortunately she could speak clearly too. by the way, how do you teach your child? I want to practice it to my daughter. :)

Yes he issure, we have here an alphabet chart for him to familiarize the letters..and he'd learned it so fast, he can wrote and write the alphabet too..from A-Z.
I wrote his name on pad of paper and he copy it over and over until finally he can wrote it all by himself.

My daughter is 3 and is showing a lot of inerest in learning her letters. I think she'll be an early reader, too! Aren't kids amazing? She's been talking in clear, full sentences since shortly before she turned two. We still have snow on the ground here in Western Canada but my daughter has been riding a two-wheel bike with training wheels around the garage. I think she'll be ready to take the training wheels off by the time she can ride ouside.

As it happens, I have been going through a box of "keepsakes" from when my children were young today and found some of their pictures. When i thought of it, I used to write the date on and, the ones which they've written their own names on date from when they were about your sons age. They learned to talk quite early and, like their mother, never really stop Children vary so much in terms of learning skills. Some have wonderful language skills which they cannot put on to paper and others can write well but not really have anything to say. It sounds as though your son can combine both

They learn when their age about 4. They had known alphabet and know how to write it, so they can arrange the alphabet into their names. i am the one who first to teach their names, then they love it and write it over and over again. Happy parenting myramae19..
