I have to say that I am the worst cooker every, I can't do anything descent in the kitchen, I can say I can do most of the things, but the taste is so bland, and I really like the foods that have a lot of taste, my food taste plane, I think it is that I am destinated to be bad in the kitchen. What about you? Are you a good cook? What are the dishes that you like to cook the most?

The way to become a better cook is to keep experimenting. I love to cook and like to think I'm good at it. When friends come over for dinner the would be very surprised if I wasn't trying out a new recipe on them. My favorite thing to experiment with is soups and stews.

I have done some experimenting lately, and I have to say that it has improve my skills a little bit. But I still have a long way to go, but a really long one, I trust that one day i would be able to invite friends and family to be able to cook for them.

Erm, I wouldn't really call it good, more like decent. But I can't say that I would cook that often so its not like I would have a lot of experience with that. But I do like to do it. Its kinda relaxing. At last as long as you don't have to hurry and have all the time you need.
I obviously like what I do but I goes that everyone would say that about the food they cook. I can't really say that it would have a outstanding taste but it does its job and I like it. But I doubt that anyone would really want to have me working in a restaurant or anything like that. At last not without some good training. :)

I can admit I am a pretty good cook. I can cook a lot of things from many different countries and I have cooked for up to 100 people at a time, and I always get huge compliments.
When you cook are you following recipes or just winging it? If your are following a recipe be sure to taste it as you are cooking or just after it is done cooking. If it tastes to plain or bland then add a little more of what ever herb or seasoning the recipe calls for. Don't over do it just add a little more. The recipe could just use a little more salt but be careful not to over do it. I use Sea salt when I cook because it is better for us and it has more flavor then regular salt, so that is a nice trick to try. Buy it in the dispenser where you can turn the lid and it shreds it up for you. That is the best way to use sea salt when you cook and add more flavor to your cooking.

I don't think i am a good cook. i am able to make fried noodles, fried rice and fried eggs.
never tried to cook for others though. fraid that they will say bad about my food quality. so, most of the time when i cook (seldom happen actually), i will only cook for myself. ^^

Nobody is born to win.It is practise that makes a man perfect. You will have to try and try until you succeed. When i started to cook i was a stranger in this field.Chopping an onion took several minutes ,sometimes salt was missing or sometimes potato gravy flavored like i dont know what.I never gave up hope
instead helped my mother in law in all kitchen work.Refer recipes from cook books written by a celebrity chefs, internet recipes and friends.
Dont loose hope ,try to be innovative in cooking new recipes.Today i can cook
well and make my friends jealuos .
I can make all chicken ,beef and meat recipes very well.I like to cook mughlai ,rice ,seafood and chinese.
Chicken fry ,spicy beef curry ,lamb stew and biryani are my specialities.

Well I try to cook as much as I can, I love to grill chicken I have one of those George Foreman grills and it grills wonderfully or even better when it is grilled outside, Are you using any kind of spices and seasonings? When I grill my chicken I use the meat tenderizer sprinkle it on it along with other spices like garlic and salt and pepper and some other seasonings I have around and add worshtishire sauce too. It is very good and if I am grilli8ng it outside i love to put slices of pineapple on top of it. Maybe you could try this good luck and have a nice day.

i dont cook that well either because nobody taught me how to cook, i can only remember all the spices and how my mother cooks. And thats what i do but i only cook at my boyfriends house bcause if my mother would to ever know i know how to cook ill be cooking for the whole family not so fun. i would love to learn how to cook new dishes... so i was considering on taking cooking classes since my boyfriends parents only eat polish food and im spanish so our dishes are really different from eachother. i dont want to give them a bad impression that spanish food is nasty so i get really stressed out when my boyfriend talks about getting married.all i think of his family never coming over to eat.
